By being able to combine the following skills under one roof, together with a network of specialist local suppliers, we are in a position to offer a one-stop solution for most metalwork needs, including:

Sheet Metal

We are able to offer the following Sheet Metal services, which enable us to produce a wide range of products, not just for the transport industry, including items such as electrical boxes, air conditioning cabinets and high volume brackets.

Laser Cutting - We can laser cut blanks in Aluminium, Mild Steel and Stainless Steel.

Punching – Trumpf 260R Punch Press that punches holes and shapes in sheets to a maximum of 2.5 x 1.25 metres, and in thickness up to 6mm.

Cutting and Shearing – Hydraulic Guillotine with a capacity of 3 metres long and 6mm thick, together with a high speed aluminium extrusion cutting saw and various horizontal and vertical saws and bandsaws.

Bending and Forming – Six press brakes of various sizes, three of which are CNC controlled, and the largest being 120 tonne and bending up to 3 metres long, together with power pyramid bending rolls 2 metres long.

Fabrication & Coded Welding

Tig and Mig welding for aluminium, steel and stainless steel that can produce light, medium or heavy fabrications (3 Tonnes) in plate, sheet, tube or section. We also provide a sub-contract welding service for customers who do not have their own welding facilities, for both small and large components.
